  1. Definitions

The Business means J.A.M. Joyful And Mellow, which is located at 10 Trough Lane, Watnall, Nottingham, NG16 1HR – United Kingdom. The Customer means any person or company who enters personal details on this website. The Website means: JoyfulAndMellow.co.uk. 

  1. Age and Consent

By entering The Website to buy, The Customer indicates that you are at least 18 years of age and you have given The Business your consent to allow any underage dependents to use The Website. 

  1. Products and Services

Products offered by The Business, including for sale through The Website, include alcoholic spreads and gift sets. The Business undertakes that all our alcoholic spreads and gift sets are of good quality. 

  1. Contract

There is no contract between The Customer and The business until The Business confirms The Customer order by email. Once the contracted is concluded it will be enforced in accordance with the UK Law. 

  1. Delivery

Delivery will be posted within 2 working days, but please allow up to 4 working days. The shipping costs will appear once you fill up the form and before you pay. All efforts will be made to ensure all deliveries are made in good time. Whilst The Business prioritise quick deliveries, guarantees cannot be made as Royal Mail delivers the items which is outside The Business control.  

  1. Price and Payment

The Business reserves the right to change prices of products at any time without prior warning. The amount due for the sales of goods is required to be paid in full before shipping. 

  1. Privacy Policy

The Customers personal information are used according to The Business Data Protection Policy and never passed to a third party without your consent. No financial details are stored on file. 

  1. Cancellation and Returns

The Customers will be refunded in the unlikely event that The Business is unable to fulfil the order.  The Customer will be notified and refunded immediately. The Distance Selling Regulations state The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days. Goods need to be returned unopened and undamaged at the expense of The Customer. The Customer must keep a proof of postage and notify The Business by email. 

The Business package all products with extreme care to avoid damage in transit, but sometimes products still get damaged in transit. The Business make every effort check all orders to ensure what The Customer ordered is what The Customer receives. However, in the unlikely event that an order is received incorrectly a replacement will be sent immediately upon notification. Photographic evidence is required for all incorrect or damaged items received.

  1. Complaints

The Business set very high standards of practise. In the unlikely event The Business do not meet your expectations; The Customer should contact The Business by sending an Email to info@joyfulandmellow.co.uk and The Business will ensure your complaint will be dealt with in a thorough and professional manner.  

The Business is required to inform you of the availability of the Online Dispute Resolution platform to help The Customer if The Business are unable to resolve your Complaint.
