We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. We send all our orders through 2nd class Royal Mail so we are unable to give specific instructions of delivery. All orders are sent recorded delivery 2nd class. You can track the recorded delivery with the tracking number provided by us here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. If you are not home they will leave a "Something for you" card like the one below:
However, sometimes the card gets lost. So make sure you track your order to avoid it being returned to us. If you need your order quicker please contact us before you buy and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request.
Damage or Incorrect Items Received
We package our products with extreme care to avoid damage in transit, but sometimes products still get damaged in transit. We also double check all orders to make sure what you ordered is what you will get! However, sometimes being human gets in the way and we may make a mistake. If you receive damaged goods or a wrong order please contact us immediately and we will offer you a replacement. You will need to send pictures showing the damaged item and packaging or incorrect order items.
